Okay a little bit of an update.
I tested the B/Y wire (which is connected to the B/W wire as per the starter relay bypass) and it is getting just a tad under 12V when the key is at start.I also tested the starter itself. The wire that attaches via plastic connector on the starter shows 0 volts when the key is turned. (I tested it where the wire meets the starter solenoid body.) I also disconnected the aforementioned connector and tested the harness end of the connector (not sure if this is supposed to have voltage) but still 0V. Now if I am not mistaken, the wire that I tested should be the same B/Y from the driver's side fender well... So somewhere in between there and the starter it's losing continuity right?
